Exchange and Cancellation Policy

OUR PHILOSOPHY

At Trèsclassy, we expect that:

  • You check out the product carefully including the product's color, sizing, style, material and all other minute details.
  • If you have any doubt or query regarding any aspect, we have a Customer Care team who will help you with all your queries.
    You can call or WhatsApp us on our Customer Care number or email us on support@tresclassy.com and our team will help you out with all the details.
  • You are happy with your purchase.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

All our products undergo a rigorous quality check while being developed and also before being shipped to you.

At Trèsclassy, we exchange the products only when:

  • The product shipped to you is not the product you have ordered.
    Please note: This does not include any minor color or feel variations which might be present in the product that you see online and the product in reality. We constantly strive to deliver the exact product image details on our website, so that the customers don't have any wrong illusions about the product.
  • The product shipped to you is defected or damaged or the package is not sealed when you receive it.
    Our apologies in case such an incident occurs. At Trèsclassy, every product goes through a three stage process before it is dispatched.
    If you feel the package has been tampered or unsealed on delivery, DO NOT ACCEPT IT FROM THE COURIER BOY.
    Call or WhatsApp us on our Customer Care number immediately and email us on support@tresclassy.com and tell our Customer Care executive all about it.
    In case you receive a defected product, it is mandatory to click a few pictures of the defected product and immediately, mail it to us on support@tresclassy.com.
  • Our team along with our logistic partners will investigate this matter and we will keep you in the loop with the progress.
    If your claim proves to be true, you can courier the parcel back to us on the address mentioned below and we will exchange the product for you.

NOTE: We would like to bring to your notice that claims such as the ones above have to be genuine and any false claims which are found out in the investigation will not be entertained.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

  • The order is cancelled by Trèsclassy
    This is a very rare situation, but there are some orders which might have to be cancelled from our end. These might be because of non-serviceable pin-code by our logistic partners or the product gone out of stock due to a rare mismanagement of inventory or any other unexpected situations.
    In any such situation, we offer our sincere apologies and our team will get in touch with you instantly regarding the same. Refunds will be made only via transfer of funds to your bank account. We will refund your amount within the 7 - 10 working days of receiving your complete and accurate bank details.
  • The Customer wants to Cancel the order
    We allow the customer to cancel your order within 12 hours of ordering any product or before you get a confirmation call / Order Dispatch mail regarding the dispatch of your order (whichever occurs first).
    You can get in touch with our Customer Care executive on this matter and also mandatorily, mail us on support@tresclassy.com along with your product and order details for cancelling your order.
  • The Customer wants to Cancel the order
    We allow the customer to cancel your order within 12 hours of ordering any product or before you get a confirmation call / Order Dispatch mail regarding the dispatch of your order (whichever occurs first).
    You can get in touch with our Customer Care executive on this matter and also mandatorily, mail us on support@tresclassy.com along with your product and order details for cancelling your order.
    If the order is in the processing stage (i.e. before the confirmation and dispatch call), we can cancel it and refund the amount to you. It takes about 24 - 48 hours for us to process your refund request. You will receive your refund in your Credit Card/ Debit Card account in the next 5 - 7 working days.
    If it has been processed then we will not be able to cancel your order.
    For COD orders, should you decide to refuse the order once the delivery reaches you, our system will automatically block your personal details. This means any future order placed on the same personal details will not be allowed and you may enter the black list.
    Trèsclassy reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. We will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
