ORDERING

  • How do I place an order?

Ordering at Trèsclassy is very easy. Placing your first order at Trèsclassy? Just select the products you want to shop along with your perfect size/phone model of every product, add them to your cart, go to your cart when all the products are added, enter your correct shipping address, enter your payment mode along with the associated payment information during checkout and you are done. If you need any assistance give us a call. We would love to take your order over phone. You may contact us on our Customer Care number to book your order on COD mode.

  • How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email from Trèsclassy. This mail will have all the details related to your order. In case of COD orders, you will get a confirmation call within 24 hours from our customer care team. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders after you login to Trèsclassy.com

  • How many days will my order take to deliver?

We usually deliver our products in in 5-7 working days, provided its not a pre-order. For more information, you can check our Delivery section in FAQS.

  • I got a confirmation call after I placed a cash on delivery (COD) order. Why is that?

After placing a COD order, a confirmation call may be made to verify the mobile number of the recipient of the order. This is crucial to ensure smooth co-ordination between you and our courier partner. Our processing team starts working on the order only after confirmation. Please note that if we are unable to do so within 3 days of order placement, we would be forced to cancel the order.
Also, note that you can call us on our customer care during our working hours and give a confirmation about your order by mentioning your ORDER ID and email ID.

  • Is there a purchase limit for a cash on delivery (COD) purchase? Are there any terms and conditions for a COD purchase?

We do charge a minimal amount of INR.100/- additional for COD (Non-refundable under any condition). Available on purchases up to a limit upto INR. 10,000/-. For order values more than this, only Debit Card/Credit Card and Net-Banking options are available.

  • How do I get to know the style, material and other details of the product I want to buy?

The information regarding the style, the look, the material used and the size details are in the DESCRIPTION and DETAILS tab of every product.

  • I went through the product I would want to shop along with the associated description and details, but I still have some queries. How can I get my doubts cleared?

Well, we, at Trèsclassy.com, leave no stone unturned to make you have all the necessary details along with pictures for you to be assured about the purchase of your desired product. But, incase, if you have any queries regarding any aspect of the product, then you can call or WhatsApp us on our Customer Care number and share the details of your desired product and we shall get it sorted right then and there. Also, you can mail us on support@tresclassy.com with all the details and we shall get back to you in 24 hours. Please mention the subject as "Queries Regarding (the product description / code)

  • Do you take orders over the phone?

Yes. We do take orders over phone. You can call or whatsapp us on our Customer Care number. The payment mode possible for these orders is Cash On Delivery (COD) only. Also, if you wish to pay by other methods like Debit/Credit Cards or Netbanking, our executive can guide you at every step while you shop your desired product and then make the desired payment and go ahead with the process.

  • What is a Pre-Order?

A Pre-Order is a customised order developed specially for you. We believe in not saying a no to any of our customers and so, in case any product is unavailable, we specially make it for you as a Pre-order. The only difference here is the freshness of your order and delivery time frame.

  • How do I know if that particular product/size is available on Pre-order only?

You will realise the particular Product/size is available on Pre-Order when the "Add to Cart" button transforms to a Pink "Pre-Order Now" Button. Also, there will be a Link below the button tagged as "What is a Pre-order". Kindly Go through that link before you proceed ahead. It will help you and our team to be on the same page while processing your personalized order.

  • How do I place a Pre-Order?

We would suggest you to expect 12-14 working days for your pre-order to be delivered to you. But, dont worry our team will be in touch with you throughout the process and will make sure that you have your product as early as possible.   • Can Trèsclassy provide a customised product for you?

All the products that we develop are exquisite and customised in our special way. But incase you want something special to be added according to your wish, then you can call or WhatsApp us on our Customer Care number or mail us on support@tresclassy.com and our team will help you out with the required customisation if we can.

  • How many quanities of every product can I order at once?

For a smooth back end management, we have made sure that, in an order, only a maximum of 3 pieces per product and model can be purchase.
But, if you require more, then you can purchase the same in a second order.

  • Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?

Yes, you can. We accept bulk orders. Incase, you want a Bulk order of any of our products, then you can call or WhatsApp us on our Customer Care number or email us on support@tresclassy.com and we take the process offline.

  • Can an international customer buy a product from Trèsclassy?

Our online platform is made for our Indian customers only. So, if you are an international customer, you cannot make your purchase here. But, since we have a huge demand from a lot of International locations, we would be able to take your orders offline.

  • Can I gift wrap and leave a personalised message for my order?

Well, we, at Trèsclassy.com, leave no stone unturned to make our recepient feel amazing on their special days. Just select the GIFT WRAP option while making a purchase, and we will make the best gifting solution along with a personalised card based on the occasion.
Please note, there is a minimum charge of INR.30/- for all this awesome service.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. Once your order is placed, you would receive an email with your order details. Also, you will get a confirmation call within 24 hours from our customer care team if its a COD order. Again after your order is dispatched we send you an email with your tracking details. Also, you will receive details on the the email from our logistics partner regarding the delivery of your product. In case of any unforeseen events which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.

  • Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.

  • Do I need to register to shop?

Yes, it is mandatory to register yourself while shopping on Trèsclassy. Registration will only help to enhance your shopping experience with Trèsclassy. We will be able to keep you informed not just about your orders, but also about our special offers through email. Also, be rest assured that the personal details you have entered on our website are held encripted and the safety and security of your personal details lies with Trèsclassy.

  • What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?

Not able to recollect your password? No worries. If you have forgotten your password, we will need to reset it for you. Please click on the "Forgot your Password" link. We will send you a link on your registered email ID. You will be able to reset your old password and set a new one through that link. Reach out to us if you face any issues.

  • Do I need to type my address everytime I order?

No! We dont forget our customers! An address once used will be saved in My Account -> My Profile. You can go to your Address Book and modify your default Shipping (delivery) address. So whenever you place an order, all you need to do is login from your registerered account and the shop on Trèsclassy.

  • What happens if a product is out of stock?

We leave no stone unturned to make sure that you have your favourite items delivered to you, whether it is via normal order or via a special Pre-Order. But if at all a product is out of stock and you are very keen to have it, then call or WhatsApp us on our Customer Care number or email us on "support@tresclassy.com". We will do our best to help you with any solution available in the next 24 hours.

To pay using your Credit card, you will need your Credit card number, Card expiry date, 3 digit CVV number (Card Verification Value - found on the back side of your Credit card).
After entering the card number, expiry date and CVV number on Trèsclassy, you will be redirected to the Bank's page for entering the required authentication to complete the payment, and you will be redirected to a order confirmation page. You relax and we will take it from over there to get it to your doorstep.

  • How do I pay using a Debit card?

We accept all VISA, Mastercard and American Express Credit cards.
To pay using your Debit card, you will need to enter your Debit card number, Card expiry date, 3 digit CVV number on Trèsclassy, You will then be redirected to your Bank's page for entering your online password (issued to you by your Bank). Submit the Password to complete the payment, and you will be redirected to a order confirmation page. You relax and we will take it from over there to get it to your doorstep.

  • Are there any hidden charges?

We don't believe in hidden charges to disappoint our customers while billing and so we remain absolutely transparent. All the taxes including VAT and Octroi (as per government's regulation) are all borne by Trèsclassy. In some invoices we break down the price but the overall charge remains the same.

  • What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, no need to panic at all!
Please retry ensuring:
1. Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking).
2. Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
3. If your bank/credit card account - Has it been debited ? If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

  • How long will my ORDER take to arrive?

So let us tell you a secret. We usually deliver our products in less than just 3-4 working days. But to be on the safe end, we would want you to expect the products in 5-7 working days.
Why would we say this? Cause we might face delays in delivering them to you due to unforeseen events like bad weather, flight delays, political disruption, etc.

A Pre-Order is a customised order developed specially for you.

Why would it take so long? Since we do not have this product ready and we are making this product especially for you. Also, because we might face delays in delivering them to you due to unforeseen circumstances.
But, dont worry our team will be in touch with you throughout the process and will make sure that you have your product as early as possible.

  • Why does the Pre-Order take a little longer to deliver than the normal order?

A Pre-Order is a customised order developed specially for you. We believe in not saying a no to any of our customers and so, in case, any product is unavailable, we specially make it for you as a Pre-order. The only difference here is the freshness of your order and delivery time frame. Since, we begin your order from scratch, we would take a little more time to process a Pre-Order than a Normal order.
We would suggest you to expect 12 - 14 working days for your order to be delivered to you. But, we will try making it delivered to your as soon as we can.

  • Can I expedite the delivery of my Order / Pre-Order?

  • I have placed an order but it doesn’t apper in the my orders section. What do I do?

The items will be visible in 'My Account --> My Orders' section of the registered email ID from which the order is placed. It is unusual that you have placed your order properly and you have a order confirmation ID but it doesnot reflect in 'My orders'.
If this is the case, then you can call us on our our Customer Care number or mail us on support@tresclassy.com and we will be happy to help you with your order.

  • Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

We can change your address before your order has been dispatched.
If that's the case, shoot us an email on support@tresclassy.com at the earliest and we will try to help you out with whatever we can.

  • What should I do if I find my product has been opened or tampered with upon delivery?

If you feel the package has been tampered or opened, DO NOT ACCEPT IT FROM THE COURIER BOY. Call us immediately on our Customer Care number and mail us on support@tresclassy.com and tell our customer care all about it.

EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Can I exchange my product(s)? Under which condition does Trèsclassy accept exchanges?

At Trèsclassy, all our products undergo a process for rigorous quality check while being developed and also before being shipped to you.
We accept to exchange your products only when:
- The product shipped to you is not the product you have ordered.
- The product shipped to you is defected or damaged or the package is not sealed when you receive it.

  • What should I do if I receive a different product from the one that I have ordered?

  • What do I do if the product delivered to me is in a damaged condition?

At Trèsclassy, all our products undergo a process for rigorous quality check while being developed and also before being shipped to you.

  • How do I cancel my order? Till when can I cancel my order?

We would like you to have complete peace of mind when ordering products from Trèsclassy. But in case you want to cancel your order, you can mail us on support@tresclassy with your personal details and the order ID.

  • I just got an email confirmation about the cancellation of my order. When will I get my refund?

It takes about 24 - 48 hours for us to process your refund request. You will receive your refund in your Credit Card/ Debit Card account in the next 5 - 7 working days.
